Yes. We offer shipping across India. Courier charges are payable extra at the time of checkout.

Once your order is shipped, the courier docket/tracking number will be shared with you through WhatsApp and/or email.

We accept payments through UPI QR Code. Soon Razorpay shall also be added.

Yes. An order can be cancelled before it is shipped by contacting us through direct Call or WhatsApp. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.

Aastha Collection generally follows a No Refund / No Exchange Policy. An exception may be considered if the product delivered is defective, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery. An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for the defective-product claim to be considered.

Once the defective product is received at our Delhi store and the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days through the available payment/refund method.

Yes. Product images and details are provided on the website. You can also contact us on WhatsApp if you need additional information about a product.

In an unusual case, minor variations in color, style, or design may occur due to graphical rendering errors, photography lighting, or individual screen settings. The actual physical product remains the true standard for the final look.
