By placing an order with Aastha Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours, fabrics and designs as accurately as possible. Model images are digital representations. Minor variations in color, style, or design may occur due to graphical rendering errors, photography lighting, or individual screen settings. The actual physical product remains the true standard for the final look.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful receipt of payment through UPI QR Code. We verify the validity of UPI Reference Number submitted by customers at the time of payment and confirm the order.

Aastha Collection reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as product unavailability or an issue with the order and the respective valid payment will be refunded through available payment mode.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been shipped by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.

Shipping

We provide shipping across India through available courier services. Shipping charges are extra depending on the destination. Tracking/docket details will be shared with the customer through email and/or WhatsApp.

Returns & Refunds

Aastha Collection generally follows a no-refund and no-exchange policy.

An exception may be considered if the delivered product is found to be defective, subject to the conditions specified in our Refund & Returns Policy.
