Refund & Returns Policy

Aastha Collection generally follows a No Refund / No Exchange Policy.

Defective Products

In exceptional cases, if the product delivered is found to be defective:

• The defect must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery through direct Call or WhatsApp.
• An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for considering any claim.
• The video should clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product.
• Claims without a proper opening/unboxing video may not be considered.
• After reviewing the claim, Aastha Collection may request the product to be returned for inspection.
• Return courier charges from the customer’s location to our Delhi store will be borne by the customer.
• Refund will be processed within 7 days from the date the defective product is received at our Delhi store, subject to verification and approval.
• Approved refunds will be made through the available payment/refund mode.

Non-Defective Products

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Colour preference
• Size/preference issues
• Product looking different due to screen/lighting differences
• Any other reason where the product is not defective
• Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
